Man U’s flying start

Manchester United have beaten Leeds United by a huge margin in their first match of the new season of the English Premier League. Bruno Fernandez scored a great hat-trick in the Red Devils’ goal celebration match.

Paul Pogba contributed 4 goals. Ole Gunnar Sulshar’s side won 5-1 at Old Trafford on Saturday. Apart from Fernandez, the other two goal scorers of the team are Mason Greenwood and Fred. Defender Luke Ayling scored a goal for Leeds.

Man U has set a record with this victory. The team started the Premier League with 19 wins. Chelsea has moved to the second place with 16 wins.

Leeds was fighting well at the beginning of the game. But in the 30th minute, the hosts went ahead with a great understanding between Pogba and Fernandez. Fernandez found the net with a left-footed shot, controlling the ball with his right foot and raising the ball from midfield. Pogbara went to the break from ahead with that one goal.

In the second half, there was a goal festival. Leeds’ Isling first equalized in the 48th minute with a right-footed shot from outside the D-box. But 4 minutes later, Greenwood put Man U ahead again by scoring a goal from a difficult angle or a foot shot. Just 2 minutes later, Fernandez increased the lead with a great shot.

Pogba assisted in the first 3 goals of Man U. The French midfielder made 3 assists in 1 match in the Premier League as the eighth footballer of Manchester United. The last time such a feat was achieved was in December 2011 against Wolverhampton, the former player of the team, Antonio Valencia of Ecuador.

In the 70th minute of the match, Portuguese midfielder Fernandez completed the hat-trick by getting the ball through Viktar Lindelov at the left end of the D-box. Then in the 7th minute, Brazilian midfielder Fred got the ball from Pogbar and made it 5-1 with his left foot shot. Pogba also got to see the fourth assist.
