To book an appointment online, visit BDHCKL from your internet-connected mobile. Then follow the steps below.
Step-1: Enter and search the passport delivery slip number to check if the passport has arrived from Dhaka to Bangladesh High Commission. Passport actually, next step is other information to book the appointment on the day.
After searching your name will be automatically understood and your passport is ready. Then apply for passport collection through the Malaysian Post Office (POS Malaysia). For this, click on the passport collection button from the post office above.
You will get a form like the above, here again, write your delivery slip number in English. Then click on the Search button. Your name will be automatically filled in the box below. Then enter your passport number, and mobile number. Then select Post Office (POS) and click Submit to complete the application.
After applying keep the printout of the application copy for an appointment. You can search from the list below and print it with your passport number.

What to do if the name is wrong on the passport delivery slip
If your name is wrong on the passport delivery slip, a form must be filled out to correct it. If there is a mistake in the name on the delivery slip, there may be problems in getting the passport delivery appointment. So definitely apply by filling name correction form if the name is wrong.
In the first box of this form, enter your correct name as per your passport. Then enter the Passport Number and Delivery Slip number and submit. Your slip will be correct. Check the delivery slip again to see if the corrections have been made.
